What we collect
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the branch you selected, and your message. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry — for example, to call you back, reply by email, or have the right pharmacist ready when you visit a branch.
How it's stored & shared
Messages submitted through the form are sent directly to our team's email inbox. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately sign up for updates.
AI assistant and OpenRouter
If you use the optional AI assistant, your messages are sent to this website's server, which forwards them to OpenRouter for processing. You do not need to provide or store an API key in your browser. Your chat messages are processed by OpenRouter and the model provider, subject to their privacy terms. Do not enter private medical records, prescription details, passwords, or other sensitive information into the assistant.
Your choices
You're welcome to contact either branch at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we delete a message you previously sent. See our Contact page for details.
